What Is Auto-Replenishment?
Auto-Replenishment is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular basis. We will automatically send your favorite products to you based upon your chosen delivery frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there. Sign up for Auto-Replenishment and you will receive an exclusive 15% off with your first order and then 15% off all recurring orders.
You have complete control over your Auto-Replenishment orders. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before your order is shipped and you can change your delivery frequency, next order date or quantity at any time by visiting ‘My Subscriptions’ located within your account. You can make changes as you with and you can cancel at any time.
How Do I Sign Up?
Signing up for Auto-Replenishment is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page. Simply select preferred shipment frequency from the 'Ship every' option, add the product to the cart and then check out as normal.
What Will Happen After I Sign Up?
After you sign up for Auto-Replenishment, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to manage your future orders, auto-replenished items and account information directly from your account through the 'My Subscriptions' section.
We will place your Auto-Replenishment orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your account, to confirm cancellation of your order, and confirm when an order is placed successfully.
How Do I Make Changes To My Order?
You can change your next order date, change your selected frequency, update your product details or cancel an order by visiting the 'My Subscriptions' section in your account.
How Do I Change My Delivery Date?
To change the delivery date of your next order, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab within the ‘My Account’ section on the Dr. Barbara Sturm website, click the 'Show Details' under the subscription you would like to manage and click the ‘Change’ button to the right of the next delivery date to select a new date for your order. This will change the delivery date for this specific product you are editing, if there are more subscriptions you should receive at the same day, it will not affect those Auto-Replenishments.
How Do I Change Shipment Frequency?
To change the delivery frequency for an Auto-Replenishment item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab within the ‘My Account’ section on the Dr. Barbara Sturm website, click the 'Show Details' under the subscription you would like to manage and click the ‘Change’ button to the right of the 'Subscription Plan Detail'.
How Do I Cancel My Auto-Replenishment?
To cancel, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab within the ‘My Account’ section on the Dr. Barbara Sturm website, click the 'Show Details' under the subscription you would like to manage and click the 'Unsubscribe' button. Your Auto-Replenishment will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action.
How Do I Make Changes To My Account Information?
To review or modify your Auto-Replenishment account information, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab within the ‘My Account’ section on the Dr. Barbara Sturm website and click the 'Show Details' under the subscription you would like to manage.
There, you will see all the information you can manage for your Auto-Replenishments. Note that some information, like your addressbook, is managed directly from your account and not through your Auto-Replenishments, so you need to manage them externally to the Auto-Replenishment.
How Do I View My Future Deliveries?
You can view your future deliveries by visiting the 'Upcoming Deliveries' tab within the ‘My Account’ section. All of your deliveries are displayed on this page and listed by date.
How Do I Combine Items To Be In The Same Order?
Auto-Replenishment items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment method will ship as one order.
If you have more than one Auto-Replenishment item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the Auto-Replenishment tab in the ‘My Account’ section and amend the next order date to be the same. If they do not combine, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.
What Types of Payment Are Accepted?
All Auto-Replenishment orders require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.
Can I Update My Shipping Address and/or Payment Method?
Yes. Simply log into your account and update your 'Addressbook' or 'Payment Methods' section and then apply the updated information to your Auto-Replenishment by visiting the 'My Subscriptions' section and editing your selected 'Auto-Replenishment'
